THE BIOBEHAVIORAL BLUEPRINT™ · FOUNDING BETA

Your health is not a snapshot. It is a pattern.

A living, research-informed health companion that helps you understand the connections between your biology, your brain, and your daily behavior. It then turns what you learn into a plan that can evolve with you.

Designed for lifelong use: build a personal health history that becomes more informative as your life, body, environment, and needs change.

Your founding rate is protected: Join at $39/month and keep that price for the life of your uninterrupted membership, including access to the full app as it launches and continues to grow. The regular membership price is $79/month.

NOT A 12-WEEK FIX · A LIFELONG LEARNING SYSTEM

Your most valuable comparison is not you versus an average. It is you versus your own patterns over time.

A few weeks of data can show a moment. Months and years can establish a personal baseline: what is typical for you, what tends to change together, which interventions helped, and which subtle shifts may deserve attention. The goal is not to use the app briefly to lose weight and leave. The goal is to create a living record that continues to guide you through changing health needs and life stages.

THE VALUE BUILDS WITH TIME
BEGIN

Establish your baseline

Record symptoms, laboratory values, sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, cognition, treatments, and daily follow-through.

LEARN

Recognize your recurring patterns

See what tends to happen before a difficult week, what improves together, and what repeatedly creates friction.

COMPARE

Understand life transitions

Compare new data with your own history through hormonal changes, new environments, changing routines, treatment adjustments, aging, and recovery.

ACT EARLIER

Bring gradual changes into view

Notice laboratory, symptom, cognitive, or behavioral trajectories that may warrant an earlier conversation with Heidi or a licensed healthcare professional.

A SYSTEM THAT KNOWS MORE CONTEXT OVER TIME

Your history gives each new data point meaning.

One high glucose reading, one sleepless night, or one missed walk may mean very little by itself. When repeated data are compared with your personal baseline, the app can look for smaller changes, ask better questions, and help you explore what may have changed around the same time.

  • Compare today with your own earlier patterns
  • Preserve what worked instead of starting over
  • Document new interventions and how you responded
  • Flag meaningful changes for practitioner review
  • Create a clearer record for healthcare appointments
Important: The app cannot promise to detect, predict, or prevent disease. It can make gradual changes easier to see, provide context for earlier questions, and support timely evaluation by qualified professionals.

WHY THE PLAN BEGINS WITH THE BRAIN

When the brain is struggling, “just try harder” is not a treatment plan.

Biological strain from poor sleep, glucose instability, inflammation, hormonal changes, chronic stress, illness, nutritional gaps, or environmental burden may affect attention, working memory, mental energy, motivation, emotional regulation, and decision-making. When those capacities are reduced, even a well-designed health plan can become hard to begin or sustain.

The B3 approach first asks what may be making healthy behavior neurologically harder. The opening phase reduces cognitive load, simplifies choices, builds external supports, and addresses the brain-related barriers identified in your assessments. Nutrition, movement, supplements, and other approved changes are then added in manageable layers.

The purpose is simple: support the brain so the next healthy action requires less effort, then use that action to support biology through a more positive feedback loop.
01

Biology creates the conditions

Sleep, glucose, hormones, inflammation, nutrition, stress, symptoms, and exposures may increase the brain’s workload.

02

The brain becomes the bridge

Attention, planning, memory, motivation, emotional regulation, and decision-making influence what feels possible today.

03

Behavior becomes easier to support

Smaller steps, fewer choices, better cues, and the right scaffolding reduce friction and improve the chance of follow-through.

NOT ANOTHER GENERIC TRACKER

A plan that can learn from your real life.

Most health plans are built from one appointment, one laboratory report, or one “average” recommendation. The BioBehavioral Blueprint™ adds the missing dimension: time. It helps you observe what is happening, understand what may be connected, and make careful adjustments based on your own patterns.

The B3 Model of Care Biology affects the brain, the brain shapes behavior, and behavior feeds back into biology. Biology Brain Behavior
01

Biology

Symptoms, laboratory values, sleep, nutrition, hormones, medications, supplements, exposures, and physical health create the conditions in which your brain and body must work.

02

Brain

Attention, mental energy, stress reactivity, executive function, reward, sleep quality, and cognitive load can make healthy actions feel easier, or far harder.

03

Behavior

Your routines, environment, habits, choices, and follow-through feed back into biology. The goal is to reduce friction, not rely on willpower or blame.

WHAT SETS THE BIOBEHAVIORAL BLUEPRINT™ APART

A free tracker can count what happened. This app helps you understand what the numbers may mean for you.

Most health apps collect isolated numbers. They may show steps, calories, sleep, weight, or glucose, but they often leave you alone to interpret the data and decide what to do next. The BioBehavioral Blueprint™ is designed to connect those signals across Biology, Brain, and Behavior, place them in the context of your assessments and laboratory data, and turn them into an understandable next step.

A TYPICAL FREE TRACKER

Shows separate numbers

  • Reports what you ate, how far you walked, or how long you slept
  • Uses general goals that may not reflect your symptoms, laboratory findings, or capacity
  • Often treats missed goals as a broken streak instead of useful context
  • Leaves you to decide which pattern matters and what to change
  • May provide information without explaining the evidence or its limits
THE BIOBEHAVIORAL BLUEPRINT™

Builds a connected health story

  • Looks for relationships among symptoms, labs, sleep, food, movement, stress, cognition, and follow-through
  • Uses your assessments and changing data to personalize what you track, learn, and try next
  • Treats difficult days and missed actions as data that may reveal a barrier
  • Explains why a recommendation may fit you, what to do, what to watch, and when professional review matters
  • Combines research-informed education, adaptive AI support, practitioner oversight, and a provider-ready monthly record
THE MAIN DIFFERENCE

This is not simply a place to store health data. It is designed to help you learn from that data, test careful changes, understand how your biology may be affecting your brain and behavior, and build a plan you are more able to follow.

YOUR LONGITUDINAL N-OF-1 JOURNEY

Study the one person who matters most in your plan: you.

An N-of-1 approach uses repeated observations from one person to explore how a change may relate to that person’s outcomes over time. Your app experience is not a formal clinical trial, and it does not diagnose cause and effect. It borrows the useful mindset: measure thoughtfully, change one manageable thing, observe, and learn.1

01

Observe

Capture a brief, consistent picture of your day.

02

Ask

Notice a pattern worth exploring, not judging.

03

Test

Choose one safe, realistic experiment.

04

Learn

Compare what changed and what stayed the same.

05

Adapt

Keep, simplify, replace, or discuss the next step.

Missed days are not failures. They are information.

If tracking or a recommended action becomes difficult, the app is designed to ask what got in the way, respond with empathy, and help you choose a smaller next step. The purpose is not perfection. The purpose is learning what support helps you follow through.

CORE + PERSONALIZED MODULES

Track enough to see the story without turning life into homework.

Everyone begins with a short core check-in. Your assessments and Blueprint can recommend additional modules. You may also turn on optional trackers that matter to you. Morning and evening anchors keep the process short and repeatable.

Metabolic health

Weight and body-composition trends, waist measurement, glucose, cycle or hormonal stage, symptoms, and relevant laboratory values.

Food + hydration

Meals eaten, calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, hydration, meal timing, cravings, and personalized nutrition experiments.

Movement + recovery

Steps, walking, workouts, movement minutes, HRV when available, perceived recovery, soreness, and exercise response.

Medications + supplements

Set up your current list once, then use quick checkboxes. Record dose or schedule changes and optional reasons for missed items.

CIRS pathway

When relevant: symptom clusters, exposures, remediation progress, VCS status, CIRS laboratory values, protocol stage, and treatment adherence.

You stay in control. Recommended tracking frequencies are selected to support better trend interpretation. If tracking becomes overwhelming, you can tell the app immediately; three consecutive missed days can also trigger a short, supportive barrier check.

TWO PATHWAYS · ONE WHOLE-PERSON MODEL

What could this look like in your real life?

The app does not place every member into the same plan. It uses a shared Biology, Brain, and Behavior structure, then changes the questions, education, tracking, and guidance to fit the health pathway you are navigating.

WOMEN’S METABOLIC HEALTH

For the woman who is doing “the right things” but still does not feel like herself.

You may be dealing with fatigue, brain fog, cravings, disrupted sleep, stubborn weight changes, glucose concerns, hormonal shifts, or inconsistent follow-through. A calorie counter cannot explain why those experiences may be occurring together.

WHAT THE APP HELPS YOU DO
  • See how sleep, stress, glucose patterns, meals, movement, cravings, cycle or menopausal stage, symptoms, and laboratory values may be interacting
  • Recognize when mental fatigue, decision overload, poor sleep, or stress may be making healthy choices harder
  • Receive a brain-first starting plan that reduces friction before adding more nutrition, movement, or supplement tasks
  • Understand why a food pattern, movement goal, recovery strategy, or other supported intervention was selected for your current data
  • Follow trends over time instead of judging progress by one weigh-in, one glucose reading, or one difficult day
  • Bring an organized, research-cited summary of your patterns, interventions, and questions to your healthcare professional
What you gain:

A clearer explanation for what may be getting in the way, a realistic place to begin, and a plan that can adapt as your body, life stage, symptoms, and capacity change.

CIRS SUPPORT PATHWAY

For the person trying to make sense of complex symptoms, exposure concerns, and a demanding recovery process.

CIRS can involve fluctuating symptoms across multiple systems, cognitive difficulty, environmental questions, remediation decisions, laboratory follow-up, and many steps to remember. A standard wellness tracker is not built to hold that whole picture.

WHAT THE APP HELPS YOU DO
  • Organize CIRS-relevant symptom clusters, possible exposures, environment or remediation progress, VCS status, laboratory values, protocol stage, and treatment adherence
  • See how symptom burden, sleep, stress, cognitive clarity, environment, nutrition, and follow-through change across time
  • Break a complicated recovery process into smaller steps that account for brain fog, cognitive overload, and reduced capacity
  • Identify patterns that need professional review without treating the app as a diagnostic tool or a replacement for a CIRS-qualified clinician
  • Receive pathway-relevant education, including nutrition considerations when supported, with research context and clear evidence boundaries
  • Create a chronological record that can make appointments more focused and help your care team see what changed between visits
What you gain:

One place to organize a complicated health story, see whether patterns are improving or worsening, and know which questions or concerns may need to be brought to Heidi or your licensed care team.

Your health may not fit neatly into one pathway.

Metabolic and CIRS-related patterns can overlap. When your assessments or tracking suggest that another pathway deserves attention, the app can flag that possibility for review so important context is less likely to be missed.

FROM DATA TO DIRECTION

A living Blueprint between the monthly reports.

Each check-in helps the app build a more useful picture. You can review your own trajectories, receive careful pattern observations, and choose whether to try a low-risk adjustment.

1

See the pattern

View individual trends and a combined trajectory across 7, 30, or 90 days.

2

Explore, not assume

The app can identify an association, explain uncertainty, and ask for context. It does not pretend correlation proves causation.

3

Choose the experiment

You approve small, reversible experiments such as changing a cue, simplifying a routine, or testing a wind-down practice.

4

Know when a person reviews it

Meaningful patterns, concerns, and Blueprint changes enter Heidi’s professional review queue before release.

N-OF-1 EXPERIMENT Client approved

Can a 5-minute evening reset support better sleep?

Observation

Higher stress and lower sleep quality have occurred together on several recent days.

Try

Five minutes of slow breathing or guided relaxation before your usual bedtime.

Track

Stress before bed, sleep quality, wake-ups, and morning energy for seven days.

Review

Compare with your recent baseline. Keep, adjust, or stop based on your experience.

Evidence boundary: This is a low-risk learning exercise, not a diagnosis or guarantee of benefit.

A DEEPER RESEARCH + EDUCATION HUB

Recommendations should come with a reason and a source.

The Blueprint and in-app research library are designed to explain what the evidence says, how strong it is, where uncertainty remains, and why a recommendation may, or may not, fit you.

Digital health research supports using techniques such as self-monitoring, goal setting, prompts, feedback, and social support, while also showing that engagement and effectiveness vary across people and designs.23 That is why the B3 approach pairs data with context instead of treating any single number as the whole story.

GuidelinesSystematic reviewsRandomized trialsHuman studiesClear evidence limits

YOUR DATA. YOUR CHOICE.

Better individual care now. Responsible research potential later.

01

App participation is not automatic research consent.

You may use the member experience without agreeing to future research use. Research consent is presented separately and is optional.

02

Formal research remains behind a governance gate.

Operational beta data are distinct from formal research data. Future research use would require the applicable consent, oversight, ethics or IRB review, and approved study process.

03

Identity protection requires more than removing a name.

Any approved research dataset must follow the program’s de-identification and access controls. Federal guidance recognizes that de-identification can reduce the risk of re-identification, but it cannot make that risk zero.4

04

The long-term aim is shared learning.

With appropriate permission and safeguards, aggregated patterns may help improve the B3 model and could support approved researchers studying questions that matter to women and people living with CIRS.

Important: No promise is made that your data will be included in a study. No formal research dataset is released simply because you join the beta.

THIS MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF…

You want to understand, not just comply.

  • You want to see relationships among symptoms, sleep, stress, food, movement, labs, and follow-through.
  • You value whole-person, functional-medicine-informed education grounded in research and clear evidence boundaries.
  • You are willing to complete brief check-ins and use the results as information, not a grade.
  • You want a practical record to bring into conversations with your healthcare team.
  • You are comfortable participating in a beta and sharing usability feedback.

THIS IS NOT…

A replacement for medical care.

  • A diagnostic service, emergency service, or substitute for a licensed clinician
  • A promise to predict or prevent a condition
  • A reason to start, stop, or change medication independently
  • A rigid plan that treats a difficult day as failure
  • A guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged during beta testing

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Know what you are joining.

How much time will daily tracking take?

The core experience is designed around short morning and evening check-ins. Recommended modules add only the measures most relevant to your current Blueprint. You can also activate optional trackers. If the process feels overwhelming, tell the app so it can help simplify the next step.

Is this a short-term weight-loss program?

No. Weight and body-composition trends may be relevant for some members, but the BioBehavioral Blueprint™ is designed as a lifelong health-learning system. Its value grows as you establish a personal baseline, document changes across life stages, preserve intervention history, and make gradual laboratory, symptom, cognitive, or behavioral trends easier to discuss with your healthcare team.

Does the app connect to Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, or Samsung Health?

The founding beta begins with manual entry so the tracking experience and data model can be tested carefully before paid wearable integrations are added. You can still use information from your wearable and enter the measures recommended for you.

Can I upload laboratory reports?

Yes. You can upload supported laboratory PDFs securely. Extracted values can be placed into your lab review workflow and trend views, with professional verification available before values are treated as reviewed.

What does the AI Companion do?

It can provide supportive check-ins, help you explore barriers, explain parts of your plan, and propose small, low-risk experiments. It is designed with usage limits and safety boundaries. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, make medication changes, or replace licensed care. Meaningful plan changes can be routed to Heidi for review.

Will I automatically be part of research?

No. Research consent is separate and optional. Using the app does not automatically enroll you in a formal study. Any future formal research use must follow the applicable consent, governance, privacy, and ethics or IRB requirements.

Is this only for women’s metabolic health?

No. The metabolic pathway is designed primarily around women’s metabolic health. The CIRS pathway can serve eligible men and women and focuses more heavily on CIRS-relevant symptoms, exposures, laboratory data, remediation, and protocol progress. When patterns overlap, the app can flag a possible cross-pathway review rather than forcing you into one box.

Can I cancel? What happens to my founding price?

The plan renews monthly until canceled. Your $39 price is locked for the life of your uninterrupted Founding Beta membership, including when the full app launches. If you cancel and later rejoin, the founding-rate protection ends and you would enroll at the price available at that time, which may be the regular $79/month rate or another then-current price.

What am I receiving now, and what will be added at full launch?

You are joining a working beta, not a waitlist. The current experience includes secure assessments and laboratory uploads, personalized tracking, trend views, food and meal-planning tools, a guardrailed AI Companion, research resources, practitioner review, and a monthly Blueprint. The planned full experience deepens automation, adaptive coaching, pattern recognition, N-of-1 experiments, nutrition and laboratory intelligence, device connections, and provider-ready reporting. Roadmap details and timing may change as features are evaluated for usefulness, evidence, privacy, reliability, cost, and safety.

Does my monthly Blueprint credit roll over?

No. The purpose of the monthly Blueprint is to keep your longitudinal review current. One Blueprint is available per paid membership month, and unused monthly Blueprint access does not roll over.
